The challenge was to make long-term investing intuitive, trustworthy, and motivating, while working within tight regulatory constraints and a lean team structure.

Albert Heijn’s popular loyalty programs, including Koopzegels and Sparen, were traditionally paper-based — high-friction and easily forgotten.I led the transition to digital-first experiences within the AH mobile app, helping customers collect and manage rewards effortlessly while increasing engagement across 2M+ users.
